Pelvic Floor 101

Pelvic floor 101 is our flagship pelvic floor workshop. This workshop covers all you need to know about the pelvic floor including:

  • What the pelvic floor is & how it functions

  • How to not pee when you cough, sneeze, run or jump

  • If you should be doing Kegels (and how to do them correctly if you should)

  • How to strengthen your pelvic floor (with and without kegels)

  • Practical tips, tricks & exercises you can implement to keep your pelvic floor happy

We also include open Q&A so you can get all your questions answered!

Meet your Instructor

Dr. Norah is a pelvic floor physical therapist who is passionate about spreading high quality information regarding pelvic health. She started her career in orthopedics but quickly realized she was missing a part of the body by not treating the pelvic floor. She also recognized a gap in pelvic floor physical therapy for active adults who wanted to continue running, lifting, jumping & being active but were limited by pelvic floor concerns. Dr. Norah specializes in working with these types of patients and believes that quality pelvic floor PT is so much more than “just Kegels”. She is an athlete herself in addition to being a wife and mom of 2 wild kids.
